In a collaborative project, we explored the art of cyanotype printing to create unique prints of our drawings. We began by printing our drawings onto translucent paper, which we then placed on top of treated paper to expose to sunlight. After developing the prints, we drew on top of the cyanotype images to add depth and detail. The final pieces were scanned, allowing us to create multiple copies, which we then handbound together through a unique sewing technique. This process not only showcased our individual artistic styles but also emphasized the beauty of collaborative creativity.
